The Eversense 365 CGM is an implantable CGM system designed to continuously measure glucose for up to 1 year with a single sensor placement. It is cleared by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for adults 18 years and older with Diabetes.

The Eversense 365 Sensor is placed just beneath the skin of the upper arm by a trained healthcare professional. The small sensor continuously measures glucose and communicates with a removable transmitter worn over the sensor. Glucose information and alerts are available through a compatible mobile app.
